4. What Will My Project Cost?
No one project is exactly the same, but we can give you a rough idea of what to put toward your budget. Starting with kitchens, it would be best to allocate about 10%-20% of the value of your home for an upscale remodel. With this in mind, it is possible to spend more or less than that figure, but it is smart to at least have a ballpark number to start with. And if you look to sell your house in the future, you may earn back 8% or more of the kitchen’s cost.
As for your bathroom, that too depends on the project. A general range for most master bathrooms will run in the range of $20,000-$50,000. Something like a powder room might cost $5,000 to renovate, while a higher end project could cost near $100,000.
5. About How Long Will My Project Take to Finish?
Once you have an idea for your next project, Brilliant Models will provide you a time table. It could take about a month or two to complete the design and wait for all the fixtures to be delivered, but once that is complete, expect 5-6 weeks for bathrooms, 5-10 weeks for kitchens.
